Job summary

TikTok is hiring for a role within the Scaled Growth Team in Singapore to drive global new client acquisition through agency partnerships. You will build strategic agency partnerships, engage at executive levels, and use data-driven insights to guide growth and performance for agencies and their clients.

The role focuses on developing scalable strategies, managing multiple stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing, and onboarding new agencies to fuel TikTok's expansion in the region.

Qualifications

• Graduates or recent graduates in marketing, advertising, technology, or media-related fields.
• Media buying experience with other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong client focus and motivation to drive customer success.
• Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow win-win partnerships with existing media/digital agencies and partners to support long-term growth.
• Establish and maintain C-Level and tactical relationships with agencies.
• Leverage insights and benchmarks to lead strategic conversations and growth for agencies and their clients.
• Develop strategies to improve agency performance and provide guidance on budgets and revenue targets.
• Manage agencies at scale with monitoring tools and timely communication with clients.
• Be a point of contact to agencies, supporting growth and onboarding of new clients.
• Use experience and insights to troubleshoot challenges and plan for future growth.
• Gather insights from client interactions and represent agencies' needs to internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to grow the agency business and act as the voice of agencies.
