Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in education.
• Proficient in MS Excel or other data-analytics software.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to review and streamline work processes.
• Analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Able to multi-task and work with tight timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with prospective students and stakeholders in advisory/outreach settings.
• Experience in tertiary institutes is a plus (≥2 years).

• Review applications and make recommendations to offer based on NTU’s requirements and targets.
• Organize and manage the admissions team to ensure timely decisions and enrolment.
• Compile, process and analyze admissions data for regular reporting to the Admissions Committee.
• Act as primary contact to advise on admissions and student administration.
