Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager in the Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships team within the College of Engineering. The role leads Undergraduate Outreach, Admissions and Scholarship functions and oversees flagship events and recruitment strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Undergraduate, you will drive university-wide outreach, coordinate partners, and manage intake plans and reports to advance NTU’s engineering

Qualifications

• Recognized university degree in any discipline.
• Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in student recruitment/outreach in higher education.
• Experience in event execution and management.
• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the higher education market in Singapore/Asia-Pacific is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the OAS team, including setting annual performance goals and implementing operational SOPs.
• Lead and develop outreach and engagement strategies targeted at prospective undergraduates.
• Specialised focus on outreach initiatives, programmes and events for local polytechnic and international student recruitment.
• Direct campus-wide undergraduate recruitment and outreach initiatives, serving as lead coordinator and executive oversight for all flagship events.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with pre-university institutions, polytechnics, industry leaders, alumni networks, and internal university offices to expand recruitment reach.
• Support overall admissions and scholarship processes, managing intake plans and submitting weekly application and tracking reports.
• Spearhead integrated publicity and outreach media strategies to elevate the brand presence, visibility, and market appeal of the College’s undergraduate engineering programmes across local and international prospective student networks.
• Any other projects and tasks assigned.
