Job summary

Nanyang Technological University invites a skilled outreach professional to support graduate programme recruitment and admissions. You will coordinate campaigns, engage with prospective applicants, and represent NTU at events locally and overseas.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies, you will manage website updates and lead generation efforts, ensuring excellent service for applicants and smooth admissions processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field, business or marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills.
• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office and cloud software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly website and blog updates for the Graduate Studies Office
• Work with agencies on marketing outreach and campaigns
• Lead generation and nurturing activities with participants
• Represent programmes at events such as fairs, information sessions, webinars, and coffee chats (local and overseas)
• Consultation with prospects to advise on programme suitability
• Effective administration of programme admissions processes
• Provide a high level of service quality for applicants
