Job summary

NTU Singapore wishes to appoint an Assistant Manager in the Local Admissions team. The role supports admissions operations for both full-time and part-time undergraduate programmes, combining oversight, stakeholder management, data analysis and hands-on administration to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The position requires a degree and is suitable for entry-level candidates; experience in admissions is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university in any discipline.
• Experience in admissions or student recruitment is advantageous.
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admissions-related systems; familiarity with data analytics and visual presentation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing undergraduate applications (full-time and part-time).
• Serve as liaison between Office of Admissions and Colleges/Schools for assigned portfolios and provide guidance on admissions processes.
• Review exceptional cases and recommend solutions to higher authorities when required.
• Prepare admissions data, insights and reports to support planning and decisions.
• Plan and participate in admissions events and recruitment activities.
