Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) seeks an Assistant Manager in the Student and Academic Services Department to support international admissions. You will bridge partner institutions, government agencies, prospective applicants, colleges, and staff to ensure smooth, efficient admissions processes.

Responsibilities include admissions application and selection, managing offers and acceptances, market-specific outreach, visits and admission talks, and coordinating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Degree from any discipline; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Experience in admissions/recruitment and/or administration.
• Ability to perform data analysis to interpret market information; SQL and BI analytics advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Public speaking at admission talks/events (approx. 5-6 per year).

Responsibilities

• Admissions application and selection.
• Manage offers, acceptances, and appeals.
• Propose admissions criteria based on market practices.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and education agents.
• Coordinate outreach, visits, and admission talks with internal teams.
• Engage international high schools and education partners regularly.
• Maintain SOPs and marketing collateral accuracy.
• Occasional travel for outreach.
