Job summary

National University of Singapore's Office of Admissions is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager (Admissions) to support the selection of prospective undergraduates and manage admission applications at Kent Ridge Campus.

You will evaluate applicants, collect and analyse data on education systems, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth applicant-to-student journey while upholding data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in education sector is an advantage
• Strong interest in higher education and engaging with students/parents
• Understanding of student admissions and public relations (preferred)
• Meticulous with strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks under deadlines
• Collaborative team player who can work independently with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
• Competent data analysis skills and ability to interpret findings
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants and process applications for admission to NUS undergraduate programmes.
• Collect and analyse data on education systems in Singapore and internationally to support admissions strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth applicant-to-student journey.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of applicant personal data and academic records.
• Initiate, plan and implement outreach programmes locally and internationally.
• Provide backup and assistance to colleagues in related administrative functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
