Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's NBS seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for the NGL programme. You will lead end-to-end marketing, outreach, and admissions, reporting to the Assistant Director with a dotted line to MOA.

You will oversee a staff member, develop campaigns, run information sessions, and collaborate with UG students and partners to attract top applicants.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, strong digital skills, and ability to work after hours for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; business/marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing.
• Creative and innovative mind for campaigns.
• Ability to interpret campaign data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SendGrid.
• Strong content marketing and copywriting skills.
• Excellent project management with multiple campaigns.
• Willingness to work after-office hours/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the marketing plan for the NGL programme.
• Analyze market trends, candidates’ insights, and competitors’ analysis for strategy.
• Lead social media marketing to boost engagement with applicants and students.
• Organize information sessions, webinars, and experience days locally and internationally.
• Plan and execute admissions processes for NGL applicants.
• Support student management and curriculum tasks as assigned.
