Job summary

iConnexion Asia Pte. Ltd. is a leading distributor of passive and electro-mechanical electronic components, specializing in demand creation and technical sales support. We seek a Strategic Customer Development / Sales Manager to drive growth across the Asia Pacific region.

You will manage key accounts, align with engineering, sales and suppliers, travel regionally, and apply a techno-commercial mindset to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics or related field.
• At least 3 years in electronics or semiconductor.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with strategic accounts.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct periodic reviews with top leadership.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Submit sales activity reports.
