Job summary

Newpower Worldwide in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to develop new accounts and expand our APAC customer base. You will manage existing clients, pursue new opportunities, and drive end-to-end sales processes from RFQ to fulfillment.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quarterly targets while navigating a dynamic electronics distribution market.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Semiconductor/Electronics Component Distribution with new business growth.
• Existing industry networks are advantageous; strong negotiation skills essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and expand customer base across APAC.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Execute end-to-end sales processes: RFQ, quote, order processing, fulfillment.
• Document and update prospecting activity and opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
