Job summary

JINGDONG LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow revenue in warehousing and 3PL services. You will develop strategies, engage customers, and tailor logistics solutions to meet evolving needs.

Expect to build strong client relationships, conduct market research, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving targets and expanding market presence in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector, focusing on warehousing and distribution services (minimum 3 years).
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging clients at all levels.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to generate leads.
