Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional in Singapore to identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities within logistics offerings, including local distribution, international freight, and warehousing.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals while collaborating with operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the company's solutions including local distribution, international freight (air & sea), and warehousing services.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with prospects and drive opportunities through to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term cooperation.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify new industries, customers and trade opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
