Job summary

HR Focus in Singapore is seeking a Hunter Sales professional to drive new business within freight forwarding and 3PL logistics. You will develop opportunities across air, ocean, warehousing, transportation, and contract logistics, and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics or related field, at least 5 years in hunter sales for 3PL, and excellent English with Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in sales, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hunter sales in 3PL logistics.
• Strong communication & negotiation abilities.
• English and Mandarin bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight services.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing new customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in corporate sales planning and strategy development.
• Prepare and submit proposals, respond to customer enquiries, and follow up on requests.
• Align customer expectations internally and with vendors.
