Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Professional to develop and implement a strategic plan, identify and engage new customers, and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue.

You will conduct market research, tailor logistics solutions, collaborate with operations and customer service, deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, keep CRM records, and participate in industry events to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in supply chain services, warehousing and distribution.
• Deep knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• Strong negotiation and closing track record with targets met.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service for seamless execution.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and transactions in the CRM.
• Participate in conferences and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
