Job summary

Genki Sushi Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Crew, and ensure effective roster planning to meet busy service levels.

You will supervise food preparation to maintain quality, coach staff for excellent service, handle customer feedback, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and SOPs. 5.5 days, islandwide locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
• At least five years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
• Natural leader with strong communication to motivate staff.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of local F&B trends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations.
• Lead and supervise a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Crew.
• Plan rosters and manpower deployment to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure quality and standards.
• Coach staff to provide excellent service experiences.
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Enforce policies and standard operating procedures.
• Handle staff recruitment.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline.
• On-the-job training for all staff.
• Check supplier operations and provide feedback to the Supply Chain Department if necessary.
