Job summary

FASTGIG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead our F&B service crew in delivering excellent service while upholding food quality, hygiene and safety standards.

You will monitor staff performance, train new team members, handle customer enquiries with professionalism, and assist with inventory and daily tasks as directed by the Store Manager. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in F&B or similar supervisory role with knowledge of food safety/hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, guiding service crew to ensure smooth service and high quality.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and work allocation; train and coach new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and daily tasks; support Store Manager as needed.
