recruit now singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, open/close, SOPs, layout, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance in Singapore.

You will drive sales and profitability, monitor performance, run promotions, manage stock with FIFO, supervise staff, handle cash and POS, and ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, safety and employment rules to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store management.
• Familiar with stock control, POS, and basic bookkeeping.
• Service-minded, reliable, able to work flexible/rotating shifts.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full daily store operations: opening/closing, SOPs, layout, cleanliness, equipment maintenance.
• Achieve sales and profit targets; monitor performance, run promotions, control costs.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, expiry checks, inventory counts and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train and schedule staff; foster good service culture.
• Handle cash, POS reconciliation, daily reporting and banking.
• Resolve customer enquiries/complaints; build repeat business.
• Ensure full compliance: food safety, hygiene, licensing, safety and employment regulations.
