You will lead Supervisors and Crew, coach on-the-job training, and drive improvements in productivity and staff development. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining food safety and quality standards, handling escalated customer feedback, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar F&B role; Japanese cuisine exp is a plus.
• Quality-driven with a customer-centric approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations for smooth daily functioning.
• Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Crew to achieve excellence.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and training for staff development.
• Ensure food and beverage prep meets quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Handle escalated customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor section performance and implement actions to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regs.
• Enforce adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise and monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
• Monitor inventory usage, stock levels, and wastage control.
