Job summary

Genki Sushi in Singapore is seeking a capable Section Manager to oversee a designated section of the store, drive operational excellence, and lead Supervisors and Crew members to deliver high-quality service.

You will coach teams, monitor performance, ensure food safety and hygiene standards, and manage inventory and customer feedback in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 2 years in a similar F&B position, strong leadership, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in F&B.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong service ethos.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Crew members to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and training to develop Supervisors and Crew members.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation processes comply with company quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Handle escalated customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor section performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations in line with statutory guidelines.
• Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Supervise and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance team effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory usage, stock levels, and wastage control
