GENKI SUSHI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead operations across islandwide outlets. You will supervise a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Crew, ensure rostering efficiency, and uphold food safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, handle recruitment, enforce SOPs, and liaise with Supply Chain to ensure smooth daily operations across Singapore. This role requires strong leadership and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level qualification.
• At least five years of relevant F&B experience, preferably with Japanese cuisine.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication to motivate staff.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of local F&B trends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations and supervise a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Crew.
• Ensure adequate manpower through roster planning and deployment.
• Maintain food preparation guidelines to meet quality standards.
• Coach staff to provide excellent service and handle customer queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Enforce company policies and SOPs.
• Handle staff recruitment and selection.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline.
• Oversee on-the-job training for all staff.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for supplier operations feedback.
