Job summary

GENKI SUSHI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations across islandwide locations. You will lead and supervise Supervisors and Crew, plan manpower, and ensure quality food preparation and high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level required.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant F&B experience (Japanese cuisine a plus).
• Strong communication to lead and motivate staff.
• Quality-driven with understanding of local F&B trends.
• Detail-oriented and customer-centric.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage store operations.
• Lead and supervise a team of Supervisors and Crew.
• Plan and deploy to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
• Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure quality and standards.
• Coach staff to provide excellent service experience to customers.
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are strictly adhered to.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline when necessary.
• Ensure on-the-job training for all staff.
• Check supplier operations and relay feedback to Store Manager if needed.
