You will supervise shift schedules, coordinate on-site tasks, and oversee inventory, customer feedback, and staff training to elevate service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in operation/supervision of a food and beverage or cooked food stall.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team on site.
• Familiarity with Singapore's F&B industry procedures and hygiene standards preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication.
