Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for an Offboarding Operations role deployed to Novena. You will manage end-to-end employee separations, process exits and ensure records are accurate, within SLAs.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HRM or related discipline, 2–3 years in HR Operations or shared services, and experience with lifecycle administration. This is a full-time position with office hours, five days a week. Salary is SGD 3,500–3,800 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with employee lifecycle administration or offboarding is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other forms of employee exits.
• Process employee separations in HR systems accurately and within established SLAs.
• Prepare and manage separation-related documentation, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
• Process work pass cancellations where applicable.
• Ensure employee records are updated accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding actions.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation and records retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding enquiries and deliver HR services in line with policies.

Job Responsibilities

Offboarding Operations

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Administration.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding will be an advantage
