Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an HR Assistant for Shared Services on a 1-year contract. You will manage end-to-end offboarding, process separations in HR systems, and prepare resignation acknowledgements and clearance documents.

The role requires a diploma in HRM or related field, familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, and strong administrative and communication skills. You will coordinate with Payroll, IT and Finance, and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM/Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in HR operations and offboarding is preferred.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiry and other employee exits.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately in HR systems within required timelines.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documents.
• Coordinate clearance processes with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and the respective institutions.
• Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated accurately.
• Monitor outstanding offboarding cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally and timely.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for completed cases.
• Ensure all processes comply with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate more complex cases to the relevant parties when necessary.
