Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is partnering with healthcare institutions to strengthen its HR Shared Services team. This role focuses on HR operations and employee offboarding, ensuring smooth exits and accurate records for high-volume processes.

You will manage end-to-end separations, handle offboarding documentation, and coordinate with Payroll, IT, Finance and Security, delivering timely, compliant HR support with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding processes will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
• Strong administrative, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions within deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive team player with a customer-centric mindset, strong sense of accountability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other employment exits.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately in HR systems within stipulated service timelines.
• Prepare and manage offboarding documents, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance forms.
• Coordinate clearance processes with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and relevant institutions.
• Process work pass cancellations where applicable.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation and records retention.
• Monitor outstanding offboarding tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Handle offboarding-related enquiries from employees, managers and stakeholders professionally.
• Provide timely, accurate and employee-focused HR support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate parties when necessary.
