Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee offboarding, including resignations, expiries and exits. You will coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT and Security to ensure timely clearance and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.

The role requires a Diploma in HRM or related discipline, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS platforms. Excellent organisational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proficient in HR operations, HR administration or shared services.
• Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with multi-case handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding activities (resignations, contract expiries, retirements, other exits).
• Process employee separation transactions accurately within timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate HR docs (resignation letters, clearance documents).
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and stakeholders for timely clearance.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and records.
• Track pending offboarding cases and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Maintain complete documentation for completed cases.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies and service standards.
