Job summary

The National University of Singapore, a leading national university, seeks a capable professional to oversee sports facilities operations. You will manage daily facilities activities across multiple centres, coordinate maintenance, and supervise contractors to ensure safe and high-quality service for the university community.

Responsibilities include contract management, procurement support, incident handling, and driving digitalisation initiatives with Power Platform and related tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with 2-3 years of working experience.
• BizSAFE certification or other relevant workplace safety qualifications would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of NUS sports facilities to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance and asset management activities with contractors and service providers.
• Oversee sports operations contracts and outsourced vendors to ensure compliance with service standards and safety requirements.
• Support upgrading and improvement projects for sports facilities such as gym enhancements and track resurfacing.
• Ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance including pool licensing and water quality monitoring.
• Handle incident management, user enquiries and escalation with stakeholders as needed.
• Assist procurement and financial administration: tendering, evaluation, payments and expenditure monitoring.
• Coordinate with students, staff, departments and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support digitalisation and process improvements using data analysis and automation.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
