You will act as the primary contact in the absence of the Reporting Officer and supervise contractors to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a hands-on approach to mitigating facilities issues, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office to support budget planning and reporting.

• Manage feedback, complaints, and service requests, escalate as needed.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.
