Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Specialist Associate (Facilities Management) to oversee daily zone and building operations at Kent Ridge Campus, ensuring routine, cyclical, and corrective maintenance is delivered efficiently.

You will coordinate contractors, manage stakeholders, handle CMMS/FMS enquiries, and assist with procurement of maintenance services, reporting to the Campus Asset Management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE Certificate in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) or equivalent.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager or equivalent.
• Certified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) professional or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CMMS.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily zone and building operations and maintenance planning.
• Provide technical and administrative support for campus facility management and maintenance works.
• Attend to and resolve user complaints via FMS/CMMS, iReport, the Maintenance Hotline, and email.
• Coordinate stakeholders and contractors; conduct site inspections.
• Analyze and troubleshoot building operational issues; escalate when needed.
• Supervise contractors to ensure works meet specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Assist with procurement of maintenance and facility-related services.
• Support daily operational planning and tasks as directed by the Reporting Manager.
