Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech Therapist to join our expanding team across the NHG Health institutions. The main role includes managing patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders to optimize and achieve maximal functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s swallowing and communication function, including the evaluation of the functional communication ability, encompassing both speech and language.
• Provide holistic treatment and management plans following assessment.
• Educate family members and caregivers on interventions and care giving skills.
• Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to trainees and students.
