Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and build strong relationships with architects, facade consultants, sustainability consultants, project owners, and other key influencers based in Singapore with regional project reach.
- Promote and specify Saint-Gobain coated glass solutions in early project stages and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Influence specifications and decisions across stakeholders including project management teams, quantity surveyors, main contractors, and system partners.
- Drive specification to sales conversion by following through on projects from design to execution.
- Secure high-value accounts and projects through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring mutual value creation and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with local sales team in SEA, Marketing, and Technical teams to deploy and align company strategies.
- Liaise with Saint-Gobain local and regional teams to leverage resources, share insights, and create synergies.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, and target achievement on weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in specification, business development, or technical sales within the building materials or façade industry.
- Strong network within the Singapore architectural and construction community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Based in Singapore.
