Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd is seeking an operations-focused role in a specialist clinic to ensure high-quality care delivery and smooth clinic operations. You will handle patient registration, appointment management, billing, insurance coordination and LOG administration, while supporting the clinic team.

Candidates with experience in specialist clinics or hospitals, and familiarity with Medisave and private insurance claims are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels.
• Enrolled Nurses are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a specialist clinic or hospital setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical insurance processes and LOG administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the specialist outpatient clinic.
• Attend to walk-in patients, enquiries, and phone calls professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-up arrangements.
• Handle patient registration, updating of medical records, and data entry.
• Collect payments and process billing transactions accurately.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to consultation.
• Process insurance claims and pre-authorisation requests.
• Coordinate LOG applications, approvals, and follow-ups with insurers/TPAs.
• Liaise with patients, insurers, corporate panels and internal stakeholders.
