Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic(s) at Central Singapore, ensuring cost-effective operations and high clinical standards.

You will supervise staff, manage facilities, and drive service excellence across departments. The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinic(s).
• Oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel, and resources to control costs.
• Ensure high service levels and clinical standards in the clinics.
• Support Operations Manager in planning and implementing policies and procedures.
• Perform regular audits on policies and procedures.
• Supervise and educate newly employed staff.
• Familiarize staff with roles in the clinic (Registration, Claiming, Dispensing, Treatment Room, Medical Records).
• Assign and delegate tasks; provide training and guidance on service and clinical quality standards.
• Assist in planning and executing action plans to improve service and standards.
• Monitor staff discipline and conduct; resolve complaints as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in work process improvement projects.
• Support management with clinic performance data analysis and internal/external communications.
• Conduct quarterly feedback and yearly appraisals with the Operations team.
• Understand and participate in budget planning for the clinic.
