Job summary

Fullerton Health is seeking a Clinic Operations & Patient Services Administrator to oversee day-to-day clinic operations at our central Singapore locations (Orchard, Novena or Paragon). The role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate administrative processes.

You will manage appointments, registrations, billing support, inventory, and compliance, while assisting clinicians with triage, venepuncture, and treatment-room tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow to support an efficient experience.
• Manage patient appointments, reminders, registrations and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient information, including contact details and medical history.
• Verify insurance coverage and manage payments and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure timely billing through the Clinic Management System and insurance portals.
• Provide timely updates on waiting times and service-related matters.
• Assist patients with administrative forms and records in accordance with data protection policies.
• Maintain inventory of clinic and medical supplies.
