Job summary

APEX WELLNESS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead therapists and staff, drive sales, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming environment that enhances client experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, spa management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in spa/beauty/wellness/hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day spa operations for smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front desk staff.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members to high performance.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Drive sales of treatments, packages, memberships and retail products.
• Prepare operational reports and implement profitability strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and cost control.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
