Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations for efficient, smooth business operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality requirements.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and facilities.
• Ensure spa equipment and products are properly maintained and available.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower planning.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
• Foster a positive, professional, customer-focused work environment.
• Achieve monthly revenue, retail sales, and profitability targets.
• Drive sales of spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Manage inventory levels of spa products and consumables.
• Monitor expenses and control costs.
• Oversee daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, and reporting.
• Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and quality inspections.
