APEX RETAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations in Singapore, elevate guest experience, and drive business growth. You will lead therapists, front desk staff, and coordinators to ensure service excellence and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, sales skills, and a hands-on approach to scheduling, training, and quality control, with a focus on compliance, safety, and a welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in spa, beauty, wellness or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations for smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front desk staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Drive sales of treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Monitor schedules, attendance, and performance; handle customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate promotions and marketing initiatives with management.
