LUME HAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a Spa team, and drive service excellence in a Singapore outlet. The role focuses on delivering high standards, achieving KPIs, and building strong customer relationships.

You will manage treatment schedules, promotions, inventory, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced spa environment, with a strong emphasis on staff development and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in spa/beauty/wellness/aesthetic industry.
• Experience in a Spa Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage sales and achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including appointments, staff deployment, and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate and coach staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and local regulations.
• Drive sales through bookings, memberships and packages.
• Support promotions and new treatment launches to increase revenue.
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs, inventory and treatments.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Foster customer loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain records and ensure a safe, harassment-free workplace.
