Qualifications

At least 5 years in the spa industry with relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Energetic and enthusiastic with high influence and motivational ability.
Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Good learning attitude and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the spa.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
Create and execute marketing plans to drive business and increase revenue.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies.
Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes.
Prepare budgets and financial reports.
Develop and implement procedures and policies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
