LUME HAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a Spa team, and drive service excellence in a Singapore outlet. The role focuses on delivering high standards, achieving KPIs, and building strong customer relationships.

You will manage treatment schedules, promotions, inventory, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced spa environment, with a strong emphasis on staff development and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in spa/beauty/wellness/aesthetic industry.
• Experience in a Spa Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage sales and achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including appointments, staff deployment, and cleanliness.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager with 5-10 years of relevant experience in the spa, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry. The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, team performance, service standards, sales, customer retention, and overall outlet efficiency, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment schedules, customer appointments, staff deployment, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation.
• Lead and manage the spa team by supervising, motivating, coaching, and supporting staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards, including proper delivery of treatments, use of equipment, workplace safety, and applicable Singapore regulations.
• Drive sales and business performance through treatment bookings, memberships, packages, product recommendations, customer retention, and achievement of agreed KPIs and targets.
• Support promotions and business initiatives, including new treatment launches and activities aimed at increasing revenue and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report operational performance, including sales, staff performance, inventory, treatments, and key operational matters to Management.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring professional service and handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Build strong customer relationships and implement suitable follow-up and service initiatives to encourage repeat visits, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records and operational controls, including inventory, treatment, sales, staff performance, equipment, and other spa-related records.
• Promote a positive and professional workplace by maintaining respectful conduct, supporting teamwork, addressing service or operational issues appropriately, and fostering a safe and harassment-free environment.

About you

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in spa, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, customer service, and spa operations.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, sales management, and KPI achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/spa environment in Singapore.
• Willingness to work according to operational requirements.
