LAYAM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, supervise staff, and uphold service standards across all treatments and outlets.

You will manage appointments, scheduling, facilities, and compliance while delivering a welcoming, professional guest experience. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in spa or beauty, proven leadership, and a track record of driving sales, memberships, and customer retention to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in spa/beauty/wellness industries.
• Proven leadership in Spa Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, appointments, and facilities.
• Lead and coach the spa team to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and Singapore regulations.
• Drive sales, memberships, packages, and customer retention to meet KPIs.
• Support promotions and new treatments to grow revenue and engagement.
• Monitor performance and report to Management.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain inventory and spa records.
