Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia, combining technical acumen with consultative selling. The role emphasizes power generation solutions and develops opportunities with distributors, contractors, and end customers.

You will manage the SEA pipeline, craft pricing strategies, and collaborate with global teams to deliver robust power solutions while traveling frequently within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in power generation, UPS, or engines.
• Proven track record in direct and channel sales, preferably in SEA.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills; able to engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow SEA accounts.
• Build relationships with end customers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and key decision makers.
• Drive the sales pipeline from identification to deal closure.
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts and volume targets for SEA.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders on solutions and pricing.
• Provide technical and sales support to partners and customers.
• Identify partnerships and market opportunities to expand products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and pipeline data; report insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade events and technical conferences.
• Serve as a technical expert in power products and system design.
