AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager (Genset) to analyze markets and prospect customers for new business.

The role involves building pipelines, forecasting sales in the SEA region, and collaborating with distribution networks to close deals. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of power generation sales experience, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8 years sales experience in power generation.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market strategies and contact potential customers to generate new business.
• Work with internal teams and build rapport with decision makers to close deals.
• Build pipelines with sales/customers through the sales stages to deal closure.
• Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for SEA market.
• Assess involvement from distribution to ensure closing success.
• Provide guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.
• Support strategic alliances to expand products and services.
• Provide marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers.
• Analyze sales and market data for senior management decisions.
• Participate in trade events and collaborate with Marketing to create technical papers.
• Be an expert in power products and solutions for on-site power system design and integration.
