Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a sales-focused role covering the SEA market with emphasis on power generation solutions. You will develop opportunities, manage regional relationships, and drive proposals from identification to closure.

The ideal candidate holds an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree with 3–4 years in power-generation sales, and a proven track record in direct and channel sales across Southeast Asia. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in power generation.
• Proven track record in direct and channel sales, preferably covering SEA.
• Strong business development, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts across the SEA market.
• Build and manage relationships with end customers, contractors, consultants, influencers, distributors and key decision makers.
• Drive the sales pipeline from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts and volume targets for SEA.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to develop solutions, pricing and quotations.
• Provide technical and sales support to distribution partners and customers.
• Identify partnerships and new market opportunities for products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and pipeline data for senior management insights.
• Represent the company at trade events and conferences.
• Serve as a technical expert in power products and system design.
