Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced regional sales engineer to drive Southeast Asia sales growth by delivering technical solutions and developing accounts across the sales lifecycle.

You will provide pre-sales support, craft proposals, coordinate post-sales activities, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, while traveling internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in technical sales, solution selling, or account development within data center, telecommunications, or IT.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications systems, or data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in Southeast Asia via new business development and account expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support development and execution of regional sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and related commercial documentation.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to identify opportunities.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, demos, and solution recommendations.
• Explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Define product specs and align solutions with customer needs.
• Coordinate post-sales activities including delivery, training, troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers through sales and support.
