Job summary

You will engage key decision-makers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build long-term relationships with distributors and customers. The role requires at least 8 years in sales within power solutions, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of sales or business development experience in power generation or power solutions.
• Proven success in both direct and channel sales with growing revenue.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and key decision-makers across target accounts.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to secure new business through proposals, negotiations, and value-based selling.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end customers, industry influencers, consultants, contractors, and distribution partners.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and volume targets for the SEA market.
• Define channel strategy with sales and distribution teams and advise on pricing and commercial plans.
• Identify strategic alliances to expand solutions, products, and market reach.
• Provide first-line technical and marketing support to distributors and channel partners as needed.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategy.
