Job description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade digital solutions for Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) customers. This role focuses on architecting secure, scalable, and reusable platforms aligned with Singapore’s digital government frameworks, supporting large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for enterprise digital applications, workflows, portals, and data platforms.
• Design modular, scalable architectures aligned with government frameworks and security standards.
• Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and architecture standards with business unit leadership.
• Collaborate with enterprise software vendors to design and integrate platform solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex, multi‑agency system implementations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders.
• Support solution delivery, technical escalations, deployment, and handover to operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems delivery, or public‑sector digital transformation.
• Strong experience with enterprise application platforms and complex systems integration.
• Proven experience working with enterprise software OEMs.
• Deep understanding of government frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI‑enabled solutions, cloud‑based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices; certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
