Job summary

Eigen Energy, a systems integrator for solar energy and EV charging infrastructure, is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our Singapore and Southeast Asia presence. You will engage commercial and industrial clients on renewable energy solutions and collaborate with marketing and operations on lead generation and aftersales service.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or higher) in Business, Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Experience in solar preferred; training provided for others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and resolution skills.
• Positive energy and ability to collaborate as a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Managing both inbound and outbound sales pipeline.
• Growing Eigen Energy's presence in Singapore and SEA market.
• Regular on-site client visits to identify, qualify and close opportunities.
• Collaborating with clients and suppliers at all levels.
• Proactively liaising to manage relationships, identify opportunities and maximize sales.
• Demonstrating high customer satisfaction through meetings and project execution.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
