Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our RatedPower sales team in Singapore, covering the SEA market. This role supports the growth of our cloud-based solar feasibility and design solutions across energy transitions.

You will generate new leads, use Salesforce to manage opportunities, and arrange meetings with sales executives. Fluency in English (C2) and a proactive, self-driven mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C2 level).
• Prior experience not required but valued.
• Empathy and strong communication via phone and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Self-driven with high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Represent our products and services with a solid understanding.
• Proactively seek new leads and opportunities in the market.
• Use Salesforce/CRM and email to generate sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate next steps.
• Identify best practices to refine the lead generation playbook.
• Identify prospects’ needs and propose suitable products/services.
• Report weekly and monthly results to the sales manager.
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities.
