Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

About the Role

Kazuya is looking for a creative, driven, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms and bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life!

This position is primarily work-from-home. You will only need to come to work on-site when required!

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Creation
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including copy, graphics, videos, and multimedia.
  • Manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and objectives.
Platform Management
  • Manage day-to-day posting schedules and content calendars.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices to maximise engagement.
Creative Execution
  • Handle photo and video shoots, including camera handling and lighting setup.
  • Edit content using tools such as Adobe Suite (for design/photo/video) and Canva.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • No prior working experience required.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (video & photo editing) and Canva.
  • Comfortable handling a camera and basic lighting setups.
  • Good design sense and visual awareness.
